This monthly newsletter contains information for UKG Ready, UKG Pro, and UKG Pro Workforce Management, meaning there's something for everyone.

I'm your host, Savannah Guenthner, and on today’s Two-Minute Tuesday Tip, I’ll be sharing how to get the most streamlined UKG experience with our new Solution Snapshot. Think of the Solution Snapshot like a personalized digest, curated specifically for you and your team. Each month, we'll bring you timely and relevant information about your UKG solutions condensed into one handy page.

Let’s start off with the why. With product releases and enhancements coming and going, there are always news things for us to share with you. Go ahead and save the Solution Snapshot Newsletter page on UKG Community and check back for updates at the end of each month. You can find the community page link in the show notes. There, we’ll upload specific versions for customers with UKG Ready, UKG Pro, and UKG Pro WFM in the U.S. and Canada.

So, what can you expect from the Solution Snapshot?

First and foremost, we’ll be featuring the latest “Solution Tips,” detailing upcoming features and product release info to help you stay informed.

The newsletter will also link to learning courses and materials to increase your solution proficiency. Want to master a new feature or unlock its full potential? The Solution Snapshot will guide you to the perfect upcoming and recorded training resources. We love getting customers more in tune with new features, especially ones you may have overlooked.

Here you’ll also find updates on your Solution’s announcement groups, pages, and programs in Community. You’ll be able to more easily connect with fellow UKG users, get support, and access invaluable resources. One of our favorite features to highlight in this area is the ideas page. The ideas page for each Solution houses a collaborative process where you can submit your own ideas for improving your Solution experience. There, you and other UKG customers can take advantage of the voting and comment system to shape and enhance our future offerings.

Finally, you’ll find opportunities to learn, network, and get inspired. This is your one stop shop for UKG’s most exciting virtual and live events. You’ll find ways to sign up for upcoming events, and to access the recordings of any you miss.
