Savannah Guenthner: Hello and welcome back to the Working Smarter Café! I’m your host, Savannah Guenthner, and today I have a very important question for you; are you ready to huddle up? UKG Huddle season just kicked off in Dallas, but don’t worry, I’m not just here to make you jealous.  We have a few more events in the books if you missed it. The UKG Huddles are the perfect opportunities to get involved as a customer, a way to step into the UKG Community on a physical level. You’ll be able to spend the day with both UKG experts and other customers, asking questions and learning about your UKG Pro, Pro WFM, and Ready products on a deeper level.

Whether we met you in Dallas, or will see you in Burlington, Toronto, Chicago, or Virtually, you might be wondering what to expect from these complimentary events. The day starts with breakfast and a warm welcome, sharing information about the sessions you can attend. You’ll also hear from our sponsor, UKG Wallet, learning how the solution can allow your employees to get paid early, spend and save their money, and pay bills with ease. For the rest of the day, you’ll split up to attend two hands-on sessions that’ll cover unique aspects of your day-to-day product experience. We’re not just talking about the products themselves here, but also how you interact with them in your specific roles. Whether you handle payroll, ops, HR, or IT, there’s something for you. 

A few weeks ago in Dallas, we kicked off our year of Huddles. Customers dispersed to join a variety of hands on learning sessions, and afterwards we got to hear from a few of those attendees, both newcomers and seasoned Huddle veterans. Many of those attending their first Huddle mentioned acquiring new tricks for tackling and preventing problems, learning information that they can integrate into their organization’s day-to-day operations, and networking with other UKG users in a meaningful way. One customer shared with us, “The Huddle was a fantastic opportunity to deepen my knowledge of the system. I especially valued the expertise and helpfulness of the UKG staff, as well as the opportunity to network with others and learn tips for better engaging in Community. Overall, it was a great experience.”

You’ll find us popping up next in Burlington, Toronto, and Chicago throughout the Spring and Summer seasons of 2025. Registration is full and there’s an ongoing waitlist for our event in Burlington, Massachusetts, but don’t worry. Registration for Toronto and Chicago opens in May. Keep an eye on your inbox because these in-person events fill up fast! We hope to see you there, but no matter where you’re located, you can count on making it to the Virtual Huddle in June. The Virtual Huddle is open to any customer in any country to attend, and registration opens on April 23rd.
